Requirements:
2+ years Ruby on Rails Development Experience
Very solid understanding of modern Web UI technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Web 2.0 patterns
Strength in Rails fundamentals (routing, active record, modules, bundles.)
Experience with Git or another modern source code management tool.
Agile Environment Experience
Built and deployed one or more commercial RoR applications (URLs please) utilizing the technologies described above
Excellent communication skills are essential.
A background in other programming languages and open source projects is highly desirable.
